Prices – 

*Our prices are tailored to your specific needs and are subject to change, which may differ from our price lists. During your consultation, we will provide a full price breakdown.

Booking – 

*To ensure that you can secure a booking that suits you, we recommend making a reservation before leaving your appointment.

Physical Illnesses/Problems – 

*If you have any allergies, medical conditions (such as heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, or diabetes), or injuries, please inform us upon booking. Some treatments may be contra-indicated in part or in full, and we want to avoid any disappointment.

*If you have had an operation or received cancer treatment within the past five years, we may need GP approval for certain types of treatments.

*If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, some treatments may not be suitable.

Cancellation/Lateness Policy –

*For your first appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a consultation form.

*Please be prompt for your appointment, as treatment must start at your scheduled time. If you are late, your treatment may be cut short, and you may still be charged for the full session or, in extreme circumstances, be asked to reschedule.

*Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

*If you cannot attend your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. Note that cancellations cannot be made via email, text, or social media.

Discounts and Special Offers –

*Discounts or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

*Offers and discounts are not valid during the Christmas period or on bank holidays.

*We reserve the right to withdraw any discount/special offers at any time.

Gift Vouchers –

*Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Complaints Procedure –

*While we aim for 100% satisfaction, we acknowledge that this may not always be the case. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us directly to seek resolution for the issue.

*We will ask you to come in for a consultation with a Senior Stylist to assess your hair and discuss further treatment to resolve any issues you are experiencing.

*If a technical fault is found with our work, we will offer to correct it at no additional charge. If the outcome is not what you expected due to the limitations of color/science, the integrity of your hair, or it’s not what you envisioned, we will advise you on the correct course of action, which may come with an additional charge.

*If you choose to go elsewhere and have additional color services before consulting us and allowing us to rectify the issue, you will invalidate any guarantee, and we will not rectify or refund in any case.
